The placing of an order will be deemed to represent acceptance by the customer of the following terms and conditions.
No minimum order pertains for individual purchases.
Carriage and shipping charges are Free. Goods will be despatched within three working days of receipt of orders, assuming the stock is on hand. Otherwise, despatch dates will be advised on enquiry.
Prices are stated inclusive of Value Added Tax.
We accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Ownership of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by us.
Products delivered damaged or faulty must be returned to us within seven days of the day of despatch. Items will be replaced or credited provided that any damage has occurred prior to delivery to the addressee’s premises or if it is clear that a publication error or similar fault has taken place. Products damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited. The issuing of replacement products or credit notes will be at our discretion. In the unlikely event that we have incorrectly supplied your order in any way, customers must contact us within five working days of delivery, providing full details of any discrepancy or error. We shall endeavour to rectify these as soon as possible after notification.
